Assisted Dying = Eugenics
Eugenics (meaning "well born") was coined in 1883 by a cousin of Charles Darwin, Sir Francis Galton.
Not For Resuscitation (NFR) and Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) Health Service Executive (HSE) policy
On 24th October 2023, I contacted the HSE National Office for Human Rights and Equality Policy by email to request blank copies of all Not For Resuscitation (NFR) and Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) forms used by medical staff of HSE hospitals in the Republic of Ireland:
I received an Automatic reply email which showed details regarding “For updates of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act” and a statement “We will endeavour to respond to your email as soon as possible”:
I note that the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 fully commenced on 26th April 2023.
This is the Link to the Act (regulations):
https://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/2015/act/64/enacted/en/html
These new regulations state they could help a relevant person, if they don’t have the capacity to make decisions, now or in the future, without help. The people who may have difficulty making decisions include (for example) people with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury, mental health difficulty or dementia.
The Act introduced specific criminal offences; It is an offence to use fraud, coercion, or undue influence to force another person to make, change or revoke a decision-making assistance agreement, co-decision-making agreement, enduring power of attorney or advanced healthcare directive. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a class A fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months, or both, and on conviction to a fine of up to €50,000 or imprisonment for a term up to 5 years.
Could the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 which fully commenced on 26th April 2023 be a forerunner to the unethical Assisted Dying Bill being proposed by the Assisted Dying Committee which are intent on attempting to legalise the killing of patients?
Has the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 which fully commenced on 26th April 2023 been introduced in order to attempt to prevent widespread misuse of an unethical Assisted Dying Bill?
What our family witnessed at St Luke’s General Hospital, Kilkenny in December 2022 and January 2023 is evidence that the introduction of an Assisted Dying Bill would be extremely dangerous to patients’ safety and would clearly be misused by hospital medical staff, lawyers and the Courts.
The widespread use of the combined drugs Morphine and Midazolam within care homes and hospitals in the Republic of Ireland, where patient deaths were falsely certified as being caused by Covid-19, were used to hasten the death of patients and is evidence that an Assisted Dying Bill will be abused and will be dangerous.
Midazolam given with Morphine has a synergistic effect, it makes the effect of both drugs much, much more powerful. It actually paralyses a patient’s breathing muscles and is the true cause of death.
The introduction of an Assisted Dying Bill into law is clearly a EUGENICS PLAN and MUST BE STOPPED.
The elderly, people with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury, mental health difficulty and dementia; children and adults; will be euthanised if this becomes law.
On 31st October 2023, as I had not had a response to my email dated 24th October 2023, I sent the following email request to Ms Caoimhe Gleeson, General Manager, HSE National office for Human Rights and Equality Policy, to ask for a response:
Ms Caoimhe Gleeson, General Manager, HSE National office for Human Rights and Equality Policy on receipt of my email dated 31st October 2023 did not respond directly to me rather; she forwarded my email to Elaine McCaughley and as can be seen has been written with a very strange heading in both English and Gaelic. I note that Patient Safety is claimed to be their first priority:
On 1st November 2023, I received the email below from Elaine McCaughley, Programme Lead where she confirmed “The HSE does not currently have a standardised national form for such decisions.”
This confirmed to me that the illegal and fraudulent ‘Not For Resuscitation (NFR) form’ the medical staff of St Luke’s General Hospital, Kilkenny placed within my father’s HSE medical records was completely their own work. The illegal and fraudulent ‘Not For Resuscitation (NFR) form’ was obtained from St Luke’s General Hospital, Kilkenny through a solicitor instructed by our family. This is evidence that the introduction of an Assisted Dying Bill would be extremely dangerous to patients’ safety and would clearly be misused by hospital medical staff, who cannot be trusted and misused by lawyers and the Courts:
Elaine McCaughley, Programme Lead’s email above stated: “This office is currently overseeing a piece of research with University of Limerick to identify best DNACPR practice, training and policy to inform the drafting of a new standalone DNACPR policy for the HSE.”
Therefore, I find it extremely concerning that Elaine McCaughley, Programme Lead who is involved in overseeing research into the sensitive area of Not For Resuscitation (NFR) and Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) policy has used the following words after her name “(she/her)” which is a third-person pronoun by which an individual decides to be referred to in order to indicate their gender identity:
Is this really necessary on a business email?
I do not wish to be unkind, but in my opinion Elaine McCaughley appears to not be a suitable person for the role of Programme Lead in the sensitive area of policy and I felt it important that this matter be raised as a concern and therefore, sent the following email to Elaine McCaughley, Programme Lead with a copy to Ms Caoimhe Gleeson, General Manager, HSE National office for Human Rights and Equality Policy and a copy to the office generic email address:
I did not receive a response.
I have now established that the illegal and fraudulent ‘Not For Resuscitation (NFR) form’ the medical staff of St Luke’s General Hospital, Kilkenny placed within my father’s HSE medical records was completely their own work.
It is evident that the introduction of an Assisted Dying Bill into law will be misused and is clearly a EUGENICS PLAN.
The elderly, people with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury, mental health difficulty and dementia; children and adults; will be euthanised if this becomes law.
THIS MUST BE STOPPED.
